Why AMI?
The Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), based in Amsterdam, was founded in 1929 by Dr Maria Montessori to preserve the legacy of her work. The vision of the Association Montessori Internationale is to support the natural development of human beings from birth to maturity, enabling them to become the transforming agents in society leading to a more harmonious and peaceful world.
